Mac + Cheeze

2 servings:
350g dried macaroni
150g K-SO Vegan Chili Pepper Queso
200g pumpkin puree
50g of bread crumbs
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Bring large pot of water to boil. Once boiling, add macaroni. Cook to package instructions less two minutes. The pasta will cook more in the oven. Drain pasta and reserve water to thin sauce if necessary
  3. Place macaroni in caserole dish
  4. Place pot on a low heat. Add K-SO Chili Pepper Queso and pumpkin puree. Heat and stir until incorporated adding reserved pasta water if needed 
  5. Pour sauce over the macaroni and fold over. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
